Cauliflower Fried Rice
Do you remember how you enthusiastically stocked up on healthy foods so that you could eat tasty and healthy all week? But now the week has come to an end, you open the refrigerator, and there is still the same untouched "healthy" harvest. Cauliflower Fried Rice: FAQs
Is it better to cook the dish right away or store the leftovers?
This recipe is best eaten immediately after cooking. Cauliflower, left for later, may not acquire the most pleasant aroma. However, the dish is kept in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
What sauce is used in the photo?
I used a simple sauce made of soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and oyster sauce in equal proportions. To finish, I added sesame seeds. The combination turned out to be very tasty!
Is it possible to use frozen rice with cauliflower?
We recommend using fresh cauliflower. Frozen food can release a lot of moisture, which can spoil the dish. But as a last resort, frozen rice with cauliflower can be used.
Is it possible to add protein?
Of course! Tofu instead of eggs is a great and simple alternative. If you prefer something else (for example, chicken), it must be pre-cooked /fried in a pan, and then added back to the dish at the end.

In 15 minutes you can cook incredibly delicious rice with cauliflower, supplemented with vegetables and protein (eggs or tofu — to your taste). Add a little soy sauce, hoisin glaze or something else — and you will get a simple, healthy and, most importantly, very tasty dish!
About rice with cauliflower: myths and reality
We've all heard about rice with cauliflower. At first it seems like it's just a tasteless substitute for real rice (why not just boil rice? do I need to redo everything from cauliflower?). But after I've tried it a few times, I can say with confidence: it's worth it!
It's just steamed vegetables with a little oil, sauce and added protein (eggs or tofu).
And, most importantly, it's fast and easy.
Chop the raw cauliflower in a blender to the consistency of rice, add the remaining ingredients and fry, stirring. No complicated cooking techniques — just fry the cauliflower, turning it into a magical substitute for rice.
The recipe is so simple that you have no excuses. Collect the ingredients (maybe even arrange them beautifully? #stylish), and in just 15 minutes you will have a delicious and healthy dinner ready!
